Formerly in-house at Google, the first recruiter for Anyscale, and Head of Talent at Create, Alex has built a career around technical recruiting for startups, with special emphasis on generative AI and large language models.
He has been following the development of LLMs since GPT-2 was the state-of-the-art model (back in 2019), and is more bullish than most about future capabilities of LLMs and other related technologies.
